Refund & Service Policy

All services provided by M.V. Garcia Landscape are custom and performed according to each client’s unique design, materials, and site requirements.

Because of the nature of landscaping and hardscaping work, we do not offer refunds once a project has been initiated or materials have been ordered.

Deposits:
All deposits paid to secure scheduling or order materials are non-refundable. These deposits cover initial labor planning, materials, and administrative costs.

Cancellations:
If a client wishes to cancel before work begins, M.V. Garcia Landscape must be notified in writing. At our discretion, we may refund a portion of the deposit minus any material or administrative costs already incurred.

Project Satisfaction:
We stand behind the quality of our work. If there are issues with workmanship or materials, clients must notify us within 14 days of project completion. We will evaluate the concern and, where appropriate, offer repair, replacement, or adjustment to meet reasonable expectations.

No Monetary Refunds:
Because our services involve significant labor, customization, and irreversible work, monetary refunds are not provided once services have commenced or been completed.

Policy Updates:
M.V. Garcia Landscape reserves the right to modify this Refund and Service Policy at any time without prior notice.
